Interfaces:

• wan2 - dynamic (DHCP) IP address configuration. Change "Distance" to 15.

Static routes:

• wan1

• wan2 - Change "Administrative distance" to 15 and "Priority" to "20".

Build and diagnose a link-monitor for wan1:
